On 10 May 1941, the NDH issued a fourth set of overprints of Yugoslavian stamps (MiNr. 439-440).
The stamps were printed in 5×5 sheets, with 16 stamps and 9 labels per sheet. Due to the use of varying perforations, MiNr. 39 can be found in four varieties, and MiNr. 40 in five.
The sheets are cataloged as follows:
In addition MiNr. 39 can be found with an engravers mark, “S” between the bush and window (position 9).
