The second and final issue of dock fee stamps are of the same design as the 1905 Statistical Fee stamps, but with different colors and the overprint “Kai-Gebühr” (Dock Fee).
The only known copies of the 5 Heller (K3), 10 Heller (K4), and 50 Rupien (K10) are samples in the Bundesdruckerei in Berlin.
