The second and final issue of dock fee stamps are of the same design as the 1905 Statistical Fee stamps, but with different colors and the overprint “Kai-Gebühr” (Dock Fee).
Issues also exist in 5 Heller (BAB3), 10 Heller (BAB4), and 50 Rupien (BAB10) values, but the only known copies are samples in the Bundesdruckerei in Berlin.
