Booklet 3 contains ten 4 Heller stamps (MiNr. 31) and sixteen 7 1/2 Heller stamps (MiNr. 32).

It can be found in two varieties:

• MiNr. MH 3 A — perf. margin on panes
• MiNr. MH 3 B — no perf. margin on panes

Both have five panes of stamps, separated by five advertising dividers:

• one pane (MiNr. H-Bl. 12) of 4 Heller (x6)
• one pane (MiNr. H-Bl. 13) of 4 Heller (x4) and 2 “X”
• two panes (MiNr. H-Bl. 14) of 7 1/2 Heller (x6)
• one pane (MiNr. H-Bl. 15) of 7 1/2 Heller (x4) and 2 “X”

They were issued in mid-1913, but were only sold at the Philatelic Sales window in Berlin.
