On 24 June 1937, Danzig issued a variety of the small coat of arms stamp in a new blue-green shade (MiNr. 272 A).
On 24 August 1937, the same stamp was issued in a coil variety (MiNr. 272 D). They can be differentiated by the syncopated perforations on the coil variety.
