Viktoria Propaganda

In 1941, Germany launched the “Viktoria” propaganda campaign celebrating German conquests. As part of this campaign, the “V-for-Victory” logo was used on cinderella stamps and as a cancel. Viktoria cinderellas were commonly issued by local authorities. including military units and associations.

Catalog numbers are those found in Michel’s Handbuch-Katalog Deutsche Feldpost, 1937-1945, Third Edition (1991). These items are no longer cataloged in current versions of the same.
