The 1913 postal stationery is similar to other Yacht designs, but features a vertical line down the middle of the card, with “Postkarte” to the right of the vertical line.
The card is watermarked with a diamond pattern and “DR I”, and the stamp uses the single word “NEUGUINEA” as opposed to the earlier “NEU-GUINEA”.
