On 30 August 1920, Danzig issued this series consisting of overprints of the German Germania series. The stamps feature a black bar obscuring the words “DEUTSCHES REICH”, and a sloping “Danzig” overprint. This series is known as the “kleiner Innendienst”, or small office-duty stamps.
