In 1899, a new version of the Togo overprint postal stationery was issued. The 1899 issues differ from the 1897 issues in that they lack a watermark, and there’s no letter suffix on the printing dates.
In 1900, a new printing (Neudrucke) was done. This printing included the 5 pf issue which was not printed in 1899 (P5 ND), and a new version of P7 without a printing date.
