This series was issued to commemorate Stamp Day. The cards can be found on two types of stock — cream-colored (a) and chamois-buff colored (b).
The cards depict various military departments:

- /02 — Deutsche Feldpost
- /03 — Kriegsmarine
- /04 — Organisation Todt
A commemorative postmark was used for only one day, 11 January 1942.
