The first stamps issued for use in German-occupied Albania were issues of the former Albanian government overprinted “14 Shtator 1943”.
Additionally, two of the stamps (MiNr. 1 and 9) had new values overprinted (1 Quindar and 50 Quindar, respectively).
MiNr. 14 was used as a special delivery stamp.
