Belgian Military Post in the Rhineland
On 20 September 1920, Belgium released the first overprints for use in the Rhineland.

The Franc valued were printed with two perforations — A suffix: L 13 3/4 to 14 1/4 and C suffix: L 14 3/4 to 15.

The initial issues featured one of two types of overprint.

Type I
Type II – "D" under "AG"

In 1920, a second printing was done of the Franc values.  This printing again featured two perforation types, but used a slightly different overprint.

Type IIII – "D" under "A"
