The second set of Generalgouvernement officials were issued in July/August 1940.
They are similar in design to the earlier April officials, but smaller in size — 21.3 x 16.2 mm versus 31.2 x 23.2 mm (Groschen values) and 35.2 x 26.2 mm (Złoty values) for the earlier officials.
The stamps were available in 10x10 sheets.
